Washington, DC Pick-up Soccer is a coed soccer group that plays mostly year-round. We aim to be a site for organized games anytime there is demand for one or more. I created the Baltimore Adult Soccer League to provide a social way for men and women of all skill levels to play good, quality 11 v 11 soccer. We play on the best outdoor soccer field in Canton (right across from Du Burns arena). Registration is open for the Coed league, which begins August 21st. RSVP for the August 21st event to register. … Friendly soccer scrimmage focused towards intermediate skill levels but some beginner and advanced players are welcome. Games are organized to emphasize skill with minimal physical contact. I started this group because there didn't seem to be anything like this already in Annapolis. I hope that it will bring some people together for pickup games and other soccer-related gatherings. The group is only as good as its leadership and participation... so step up and lend a hand!

We play coed "safer soccer" games on weekends in Silver Spring, MD. Even though the # of rsvps showing is usually small, we almost always have a game because most of our players do not use yet use meetup. On average it has been 5x5. (The last time we didn't have a game was Christmas day, although there have been games in which most players arrived late.) We use a foam ball to reduce injuries and maximize fun.
